Kightly wants loan move

Michael Kightly has confessed that he wants and needs a temporary move away from Wolves.

Kightly gained another 90 minutes under his belt for the reserves side last night, but reserves football is not going to get him up to speed for the Premier League.

The 25-year-old understands that he needs to play first-team football and to do that he needs a loan move away from Molineux.

"In my head I think I can be back to full tilt but, realistically, I can`t. I need six or seven games on the bounce to get that sharpness back because there`s a difference between being fit and match-fit.' Kites told the Express & Star.

He added: "Forest is a massive club and I`d have liked to have played some games for them. But it didn`t work out and, hopefully, I can go somewhere else to play some games.

Vital Wolves Comment: Yesterday we speculated over what could be a good move for Kightly with pretty much everyone backing a short loan switch.

The Championship looks the most likely option and the guys over on Vital Coventry seemed pretty sure that they wanting their side to make a loan move for him!

So why was he selected ahead of Hammill? If there's another reason, other than favouritism, i'd like to hear it. He was clearly not ready.

It must have been something serious ... I said it must have been something serious! Or perhaps not. Whenever I put MM on the couch I get the feeling that he does not like to be crossed or having his opinions challenged, be the disagreement ever so trivial. Why else does he rubbish us numpties for expressing understandable concern and offering contrary, though valid, views to the ones he holds? Well, that doesn't matter but when it influences his tactics and team selection - and even his transfer policy - we should be worried ... and so should SM be.

Well I said, well I said...(Foghorn Leghorn).I take your point,SB,about MM's public persona of being a straight up, straight talking Yorkshireman and then contrast that with his somewhat "touchy" remarks, aimed at us, players that made a choice to play elsewhere and anyone that disagrees with him in general.I read a pro-McCarthy blogger, on the E&S site, that openly admitted that Henry will be more, not less, likely to start against Sandwell Town following the booing and sarcastic cheers on saturday. He states this during a polemic against those who don't share his view of MM.He then recalls Keogh being left on during a match, simply to spite the boo boys.So even though he openly admits the traits are there, he rubbishes claims from the "numpties" that MM displays blind favouritism. There is no argument that his selections of certain players this season has been down to nothing other than that. Regardless of fitness or form if your face fits with him your in.

A4D: I read the same blog and thought it must have been written by his missus, though she probably knows better. Incidentally, we obviously watched the same children's programmes.
