Kights gets his loan move

Coventry City might not have been interested in Michael Kightly, but Watford are and have given the Wolves man the loan move he craved.

With it being an international week there hasn't been a whole lot to talk about in regards to Wolves and we certainly didn't want to get too involved in talking about England!

So instead we concentrated on Michael Kightly who has been desperate to get away from Molineux. Not because he's had enough of the place or Mick McCarthy, but because he is desperate for some match action to get back up to speed to try and win a place back in Wolves Premier League match day squads.

Initially he was set for a loan move to Nottingham Forest, but with Steve McClaren's resignation came the collapse of the move.

Then came Kights come and get me cry as he told E&S: 'hopefully, I can go somewhere else to play some games.'

That got Vital Coventry interested and we speculated on the benefits of a move for the 25-year-old, while Coventry themselves stated they weren't interested.

But thankfully for Kights someone was and that someone was Watford.

He joins the Championship club on an emergency loan deal which runs until 19th November.

'There is a good vibe about the place and I'm looking forward to being here.

'Hopefully, I can do well for Watford before I return to Molineux.' Kights told Wolves Official Website when asked about the move.
