Keogh sold to Millwall

Wolves striker Andy Keogh has been sold to Championship side Millwall for an undisclosed fee.

Wolves Official Website has confirmed that he has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with his new club.

25-year-old Keogh joined Wolves five years ago this month from Scunthorpe for £600,000 and made 129 appearances for the club scoring 23 goals.

42 of those appearances came during the 2008/09 title-winning season.

'Andy was brilliant for us in helping us get promoted and played a key role in that season,' Wolves boss Mick McCarthy told Wolves Official Website.

He added: 'He's not really featured for us too much in the Premier League, and is at a stage in his career when he needs to be playing regular football.

'We would like to thank him for his contribution at the club and wish him all the very best for the future.'

Votes on loan, Keogh gone.......f%^k it......let's sell em all. If SF gets injured we are sunk, assuming he's still here come 11 pm tonight. I do think that a big signing is on its way but I just hope it's not too late. I fear if we are getting beaten at half time that the crowd may start to get a bit nasty. We will wait and see.

Southbank, how about a discussion on who we we will stay and who we think will leave after we get relgated... Might I suggest 3 categories, 1) Those who might leave 2) Those who might stay 3) Those who might stay even though we dont want them to ***** OFF MICK MCCARTHY.
