A new low

Just when you thought things couldn't get worse for Wolves, they do.

If it wasn't bad enough losing to the Baggies 5-1, sacking probably the only man capable of giving us a fighting chance to stay up, being turned down by practically anyone with a UEFA coaching licence and naming TC as boss because no-one else wanted the job, the team on the pitch have got worse and worse, the performances are now dire, we now look like a sinking ship and even Blackburn, a side who have failed to keep a clean sheet all season, have managed to stop us from scoring.

Queue Steve Morgan telling angry fans outside the ground that he could do better. Marvellous.

But that wasn't the worse thing that happened over the weekend.

Unfortunately that came from our own supporters, who verbally attacked Jamie O`Hara while he was leaving the ground.

The 25-year-old who was surrounded by angry supporters, was physically jostled and some reports even claimed he was hit (later denied by the club), all while carrying 19-month-old son Archie.

After the incident O`Hara posted on Twitter: "I`m as gutted as any fan 4 today but can`t be aving people wanting to fight me when I have my son in my arms, disgrace,I`m giving everything."

While O`Hara`s fiance and glamour model Danielle Lloyd also tweeted: "I don`t expect to get into a fight with fans outside the ground its a disgrace am so upset I`ve been through enough the last few weeks.

"Fuming! How dare protesters start on jamie when he is carrying our son! Am disgusted should be ashamed! F****** disgrace."

2 things, what happenned to JOH is deplorable, nothing can explain way that kind of abuse. I am sorry on behalf of those who were involved and hope his kid hasnt been too affected by the whole ordeal. Secondly, I too would not want to see JOH in a WOlves shirt, he along with everyone who isnt named Jarvis, FLetch or Hennessey have been woeful, and genuinely wont be missed. You are all part of this humungous farce that is WWFC.

Im really beginning to fear for you to be honest. I think Moxey and Morgan have made a total mess of the current situation and their indecision and lack of vision could be responsible for your ultimate relegation, as you look clueless and out of ideas at the moment

It's fine Oxford.....we are all good. Some of us have freed ourselves of the shackles of over expectation and now realise that we are nothing more than a half decent Championship club. We'll have seasons when we over achieve and end up in the Prem followed by seasons where we'll, just miss out for one reason or another. I can honestly say that with the exception of a few good victories and the odd surprise......I haven't really enjoyed our time in the EPL. Watching your beloved team struggle week in week out gets a bit tiresome after a while. Had we genuinely improved and become a mid table team that could atleast compete with 14 of those around us then things may have been different but I think I would prefer to at least watch our win/ draw/ lose ratio improve with the added excitement of the occasional playoff games or Championship fight. I think we need to rebuild our squad and the best place to do that is in the Championship. WBA have been up and down like a yoyo over previous years but have always improved on their squad. Now they are in a situation where they can compete. Ut also play attractive football. All this has been done on a budget equal to ours. SO......proof is there that with the right Captain and crew that the ship can be steadied and steered to safer waters.
