Vital Wolves - Calling all football fans

An article from Ken Malley, FSF representative and Pompey fan, about a 'Fans' Reunited Day' at Fratton Park this weekend - read on for more.

This Saturday, March 17th has been declared a Fans' Reunited day at Fratton Park and we ask any of you, wherever your allegiances lie, to come along to the Portsmouth v Bristol City game to show your concern at the way money men are ruining our clubs and taking our beloved game away from the average fan. Portsmouth's recent history is well documented; suffice to say that our club is in administration for the second time in two years and if a buyer can be found they will be the sixth owner in that time.

Fans of other clubs in their club colours can purchase tickets for the game for cash on the day at the Pompey Supporters' Trust bus in the car park behind the Fratton End for the knock-down price of £10 from 12.30pm until 2.30pm. You will then be invited to join with Pompey fans in the Victory Suite under the Fratton stand. Comedian/singer/songwriter Shep Woolley will provide your pre-match entertainment from approximately 1pm.

And calling Pompey fans, why not come along to the Park early enough to visit the Victory Suite. Every pound you spend helps our fight for survival and Pompey fan Shep Woolley is always worth watching.
