Minor Miracle needed says Henry

The time that a minor miracle was needed for Wolves to avoid the drop came and went a couple of weeks ago in my view.

We now need a full blown miracle for this Wolves team to rise from the ashes and show any form of life.

We are now six points adrift at the bottom of the Premier League, we have the worst home record in the division, the worst away record in the division, the worst defensive record in the division and ultimately and crucially, we currently have the worst form in the division.

We have lost our last 6 games, lost 10 of our last 13 and conceded 36 in the process.

Henry believes we are just one game away from getting back into the fight, but if this was boxing, the corner would have thrown in the towel weeks ago.

'Nothing short of a minor miracle will keep us up now.' Henry told Wolves Official Website

He continued: 'We're a result away from getting back into it and then hopefully we could go on a run of three or four wins.

'But we've given ourselves a mountain to climb.'

Vital Wolves Comment: It's short and honest and down right depressing that it has come to this.

I am away from home so I cannot write a report on the last night's game or on the next one on Saturday. However, having been at Molineux yesterday evening, it's clear that it would take a minor miracle merely to gain one further point, let alone achieve salvation. That would be a greater miracle than the raising of Lazarus from the dead. At least, he had the ultimate saviour to help him, whereas we have TC.
