'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wolverhampton United

The Wolves team are not divided, the public spats we have witnessed is purely down to the teams desire.

That's the message from Terry Connor ahead of the game against Arsenal.

It's TC's job to get the players playing together and part of that is playing down the media, who have recently seen Wolves captain Roger Johnson and goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey sharing a few handbags during the game against Bolton.

Stephen Ward has even openly admitted that there have been a couple of spats here and there amongst the dressing room, but called it nothing serious.

The problem is, when all the other teams are rallying around and pulling closer together, we are pulling apart and falling away at the seams.

"You`d like them to all get on, but it doesn`t matter as long as people are right with each other," TC said to the Express & Star.

He continued: "They voice their opinions, and you`ll get people who are more friendly than others. But when they train, they train together, and when they play, they play together. It`s always been the same.

"Players are demanding of each other, and, as long as they keep it together and understand they`re voicing different opinions to different people, that`s fine."

Vital Wolves Comment: Doesn't exactly sound like a dressing room united does it?
