'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Decision will be made for the good of Wolves

The one thing Wolves supporters, or anyone in football for that matter cannot accuse Terry Connor of is loyalty.

After initially making the move to Molineux under John Ward in August 1999, TC has worked in a number of roles with Wolves.

He has been a youth team coach, he has worked with the reserves, he has been a first team coach, assistant manager and of course he's currently the boss.

His ill-fated time in charge has brought little joy (apart from collecting my winnings at the bookies when he was announced as manager).

He was thrown in the deep end of the swimming pool without any floating aids. What was left of any team morale was destroyed with press reports that a number of managers thought having us on their CV was a bad thing.

With us relegated and TC taking just two points from his time going solo, he practically has 0% chance of getting the job permanently next season, but that decision will not be officially made until the end of the season.

But as expected, TC is a man of loyalty and honour and he's prepared for the tough decisions.

'I will be reviewing my part of what's happened and over the season.' an honest TC told Wolves Official Website.

'If it's someone else in charge then they should be doing their best for the club.

'That's down to the discussions and down to how the club wants to go in the future.

'So whatever input or reviewing or discussions I have, it will be for the benefit of Wolves, not me.

'Wolves will always be here so you do your time and you make your decisions for the good of the club.
