With Jez Moxey stating previously that Wolves wouldn`t be 'forced` into selling any of their star players I thought I`d have a punt on who`s likely to be leaving Molineux this summer.
Keep in mind none of us really know the politics and finances of what`s going on inside of Molineux at the moment but let us know whether you agree or disagree in the comments below.
It`s fair to say Hunt has been a big disappointment since his switch from Hull in 2010.
Yes he scored the goal that kept Wolves up, which in itself will go down in local legend, but in truth he`s lacked fitness, looked a yard of the pace and hasn`t been able to produce the quality from set pieces of which he was known for.
So what will happen to one of Wolves` higher earner`s in the summer? He`s only managed 36 starts over two seasons, has only one year remaining on his contract and doesn`t seem to be enjoying life at the club.
"Sometimes at Wolves it's day-in, day-out and it can be difficult." He said to an Irish Television show recently.
'People go to work not getting on with their work-mates - you have your arguments, and that's the way it is."
He has recently began training again following his recent surgery on his hernia and could still be picked by Giovanni Trapattoni for the Euro`s, a potential golden opportunity to put himself back in the shop window for many clubs that may have forgotten about him.
Realistically though Hunt is likely to be a Wolves player next season with the club. At 30 and with the type of all energy performances starting to become too much he would perhaps find the championship a place for him to shine and re-discover some form again.
