Frankowski To Spain?

Rumours are circulating regarding the possible loan of Tomasz Frankowski to Spanish Segunde Liga side Deportivo Tenerife.

Franek, who has endured the longest goal drought of his career at Molineux, did himself no favours drawing yet another blank at League One side Chesterfield on Wednesday night.

Already way down the pecking order in Mick McCarthy's new look Wolves side, Franek was given the opportunity to shine against the supposed lower league minnows, but as has been the case since he was heralded as Glenn Hoddle's missing piece of the jigsaw, no goals were forthcoming.

A season long loan to the Blanquiazules now seems the only avenue open to Franek to gain valuable first team action, as he looks to set himself as Poland national coach Leo Beenhakke's first choice strike option for the Euro 08 qualifiers
