Murray In Fresh Injury Scare

Every Old Goold and Black heart in the country leapt into it'd owners mouth on Saturday afternoon, when 5 minutes from time, Matt Murray fell to the ground after coming to claim a high ball.

The young keeper seen by many as being a key player in Wolves season was instantly withdraen amidst fears that yet another long term absence was on the cards.

News from Molineux has so far, been restricted to releasing the fact that Matt's injury was to his knee, and not his previously brittle foot , as was first feared, small cause for comfort amongst fans.

Matt will undergo a scan early this week to reveal the extent of the damage, but initial reports suggest that the knee was jarred upon landing, and no long term damage has been done.

Get better soon Matt, for all our sakes.
