Pennant not going to argue with Pulis

Jermaine Pennant's future may not be back with Stoke.

The 29-year-old made his Wolves debut over the weekend, more than doubling the match time he had so far received with Stoke in the Premier League.

The midfielder played 66 minutes against Arsenal back in August and then followed that up with a 90 minutes appearances against Swindon in the Capital One Cup just two days later.

But until the game against Huddersfield on Saturday, Pennant hadn't kicked a ball in anger since.

'Only Tony Pulis has the answers to the questions of why I wasn't involved,' Jermaine Pennant told the Sunday Mercury.

He added: 'I've only got a few months left on my contract and I don't know if I'm going to stay (at Stoke), but I'm not going to argue as to why I'm not playing.'

Ståle Solbakken decided to make his move for Jermaine Pennant following the injuries to Slawomir Peszko, Razak Boukari and Stephen Hunt which left just Bakary Sako as our only fit true wide player in the squad.

Vital Wolves Comment: Would you like to see Pennant stay at Molineux for the rest of the season and perhaps join the club permanently?

I tend to agree with the above comments although should he come good for us in the period before January then I would have no objection to the club signing him if the price was not too high.
