Solbakken admits concern

On Thursday Wolves gaffer Ståle Solbakken declared that he was the right man for the Molineux hotseat.

Unfortunately Saturday's defeat to Nottingham Forest, which extended our run of games without a victory to eight and was our sixth defeat in ten games hardly showed much evidence to back up the big Norwegians claims.

Five of those six defeats have been 2-1 reverses, the one game that wasn't was 2-0 against Burnley.

That statistic means that in 10 games we've conceded 18 times. Compare that to the 6 victories we've strung together over the course of the season where we only conceded twice and it's clear to see why we are losing games of late.

"We are all concerned about our recent run and it`s not an easy position to be in.

"You could see in the second half (against Forest) that at times we were scared and frustrated.' He told Wolves Official Website.

He continued: "It is important that we don`t do that and carry on believing and don`t let our heads drop.

"We have to get rid of any nervousness because that won`t help.

Steve Morgan and Jez Moxey dont appear concerned, in fact I reckon things are going just swimmingly for them... rolling in the cash, minimal outlays, parachute payments filling the coffers to the brim, life is just grand ... christmas bonuses all round guys !! Great time to be a Wolves fan I mean owner !
