Peszko back in training

Slawomir Peszko returned to light training this week and could be set for a return to the Wolverhampton Wanderers squad over the next couple of weeks.

The 27-year-old Polish international hasn't featured for Wolves since October 2nd after suffering a knee injury.

Before the injury he had made 10 appearances since making the loan move to Molineux from Cologne in the summer.

"He did a little bit of passing with the guys yesterday for the first time.' Solbakken told Wolves Official Website on Tuesday.

He added: "But it`s too early to say when he`ll be on the pitch.

"We`re trying to get him fit to play football fully by January 1.

"He joined in with passing and hopefully after 15 days he can step up to normal football training, and then he`ll need match practice."

Vital Wolves Comment: What did you make of Peszko during the earlier part of the season? Will you be pleased to see him make his return?
