Jackson is Wolves No 1 target

Norwich City striker Simeon Jackson is reportedly Wolverhampton Wanderers number one target during this transfer window.

Having had Head of football development and recruitment Kevin Thelwell watch the 25-year-old against Newcastle at the weekend Wolves are set to make an approach according to the Express & Star.

The E&S believe we are weighing up a 1million move for the forward who has scored 21 goals in 81 games for Norwich since his 600,000 move from Gillingham.

Only 40 of his 81 appearances have come from starting games with Grant Holt and Steve Morison arguably ahead of him in the pecking order.

Vital Wolves Comment: Could he be the man to fire in some much needed goals? With 33 goals this season from 27 games there are only four clubs in the league who have scored fewer goals than us this season.

Not quite the big sticker purchase some of us are hoping for, but it is encouraging that DS acknowledges we need someone who can actually score goals...

Im sorry but his record is not as good a what we have why are we looking at nother donkey for buy some on who ca score goals. Namely DJ Campbell from QPR GRANTED GOALS just lok at the gus record better than SEB OR DOYLE for gods sake what is DS WAITING FOR. Sorry we have to buy more crap first as the tradition of Wolves then realise there not good enough but ups to late now stuck for god knows how many years cant buy anyone else till we sell the crap first . Its like MM was still there giving instructions from the byline m head is now in my hands hopeing the wife is not going to offer me a tissue that would just about bring things in to perspective.

I have to agree I dont think Simon Jackson is good enough for us to buy.

apparently Hammil is being given another chance by DS... I am happy about this. How this affects are apparent interest in Donnie Rovers' Cotteril I dont know, but I do think that having only one out and out proven winger in Sako means we need reinforcements....

YES we do but not Hammil, Why ARE YOU HAPPY THE GUY IS USELESS.

Kia, many said the same about Gedioura ... give him a chance and he will shine
