Quartet do not feature in Jackett's plans

The decision by Wolves head coach Kenny Jackett to transfer list Karl Henry, Stephen Ward, Jamie O`Hara and Roger Johnson was a simple one.

They simply didn't feature in the new gaffers vision of the future at Molineux.

"I`ve spoken to the four lads who have gone on the transfer list because I want to be honest with them and tell them that they are not part of my plans.

"They understand my reasoning.' Jackett said to Wolves Official Website.

Wolves of course will have to endure a mass exodus of players over the summer after suffering back-to-back relegations from the Premier League and the Championship.

Adam Hammill has already made the move away to Huddersfield and just because only four players were officially added to the transfer list, do not assume that the rest of the squad are safe from the chop.

He continued: "We will also be seeing what interest there is in the whole of the squad.

"Suffice to say that changes do need to be made as it needs to be a young and vibrant Wolves side coming out well now and coming out fighting.

"And the turnover has to be quick because we start again on August 3."

Vital Wolves Comment: Do you agree with the four names on the transfer list? Would you have realistically tried to keep any of them? Perhaps you would have included more names? Let us know your view.
