Burnley kick off the action in Saturday lunchtime looking to avoid the side knocked out of the FA Cup by non-league side Lincoln. The Imps will have to do what many Premier League clubs have failed to do - win at Turf Moor - in order to cause this upset though.
The remainder of the game on Saturday will see Premier League sides coming up against lower league opposition.
3pm kick offs will see Huddersfield - challenging for promotion from the Championship - welcoming Manchester City to the John Smith's Stadium. The only League 2 side left in the competition are Oxford, who head to the Riverside Stadium to face Middlesbrough. League 1's final representative at the fifth round stage are Millwall with the Lions aiming to cause a major upset against champions Liverpool - who would probably accept defeat if it meant the Lions avoided being relegated.
The late kick off on Saturday will see Wolves - who saw off Liverpool in the last round - looking to stun Premier League leaders Chelsea at Molineux.
Sunday will see Championship sides Fulham and Blackburn hosting Tottenham and Manchester United respectively.
The fifth round will be rounded off on Monday night with Sutton United playing host to Arsenal with the non-league side - they might be the last left in the competition at this stage - looking to make the last eight.
It goes without saying the expectation; most definitely the hope at least, will be for a positive result. But will this happen? We'll find out soon enough.
