Cavaleiro In Team Of The Week (28/11/17)

Cavaleiro In Team Of The Week (28/11/17)

Wolverhampton Wanderers are represented in the latest Football League team of the week that has been selected after this week's action.

The performance by Ivan Cavaleiro in the five one victory over Bolton Wanderers at the weekend at the Molineux was enough to earn them a place in the side alongside the other most impressive performers in the Football League pyramid.

I think we'll already know ourselves, and not just based on the latest performance, why Cavaleiro was selected as part of the team but explaining the choice - the FL blurb read.

'A ruthless display from Wolverhampton at Molineux saw them emphatically dispatch Bolton Wanderers 5-1. Cavaleiro grabbed a brace in the rout, the Portuguese forward slotting home a penalty, before showing quick feet prior to smashing the ball home for his second on 82 minutes.'

It's always good to see the club represented in this way, and well played to Cavaleiro for his recognition, but the most important thing about the weekend was of course the win.

Full Team:

David Forde (Cambridge United), Luke Waterfall (Lincoln City), Liam Cooper (Leeds United), Sean Morrison (Cardiff City), Albert Adomah (Aston Villa), Hiram Boateng (Exeter City), Max Power (Wigan Athletic), Josh Morris (Scunthorpe United), Dominic Samuel (Blackburn Rovers), Matej Vydra (Derby County), Ivan Cavaleiro (Wolverhampton Wanderers).

Manager - Chris Coleman (Sunderland).
