'If It's Football, It's Vital'

End Of The Road For Rohan?

An interview in the Express and Star suggests that time has finally run out for mercurial midfielder Rohan Ricketts, and his exit from Molieux is imminent.

Speaking candidly, Rohan says:

'I doubt I will play for Wolves again. I`d like to, but I don`t think I will because that`s how the picture has been drawn to me at the moment."

Having been made available for laon, and with no sign of a new contract being offered, the writing is now on the wall.

Rohan has at times shown patches of brilliance, but for the most part has flattered to deceive.

Whilst being capable of turning matches, evidence of that ability has rarely been shown, a fact that must surely have come into play, if as Rohan claims, Mick McCarthy has told him he is surplus to requirements.

Having been given every chance to stake a permanent place in McCarthy's plans, Rohan has simply failed to prove he has got what it takes to fit into Mick's golden revolution.

Sad but true assessment. He was relegated to making the half time presentation yesterday (with SGB!!) and his only contribution on Beacon Radion was a Molineux rap! When you compare him to Kightly, sadly there is no comparison.
