'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wolves Action On The Box This Week

ESPN has announced a new series, titled 'Strikers', which will air from Monday 26th of February at 22:00.

The half hour show, fronted by Gary Imlach will review the performance and achievment of the most noteable goalscorers from the 70's and 80's

The first striker to be featured is Andy Gray, and the show aims to provide a frank, honest asessment of his style, career, and achievments and will be followed by Highlights of the 5 goal thriller Villa- Man Utd match from 1976.

Throughout the week, ESPN Classic will be showing highlights of several other games including two of interest to Wolves fans.

Tuesday 27th February - Wolves V Notts Forest, 1980

The classic 80 League Cup win over a Nottingham Forest side destined for European glory, and already 2 time League Cup winners

Wednesday 28th February - Middlesbrough V Wolves, 1981

A typical Andy Gray performance: hard as nails and flying in with his head where others wouldn`t put their boot.
