'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Rosa To Robins

Denes Rosa has renewed an old aquaintance, signing for Wolves former assistant manager John Ward on a month long emergency loan to Cheltenham Town.

Speaking to the Wolves official site Mick McCarthy said

'Denes hasn't been playing and this is a good opportunity for him to get some first team football.'

For his part, John Ward was slightly more effusive over the capture of the Hungarian international who has hardly had a look in at Molineux since the arrival of Mick McCarthy.

Speaking on the Cheltenham official site Ward said :

'Denes was brought in by Glenn Hoddle but Mick McCarthy has decided to take his squad down a different route,'

'It means he is available and I am delighted to be able to bring a player of his quality to Cheltenham Town.
'He is a player who likes to get the ball down and play and has an excellent pedigree having played in the championship, at the top level in Hungary and for his country as well.

'His experience will also benefit us greatly and he will be coming in to help us and play some first team games.'
