Call For Calm

Wolves midfielder Seyi Olofinjana has called for clear heads and strong resolve when Wolves take to the field in front of an expected 40,000 plus crowd at tthe Stadium Of Light tomorrow.

No stranger to large crowds, Olofinjana knows the importance of keeping a calm perspective in front of a packed house.

'I've played in front of 60,000 for Nigeria before so it doesn't mean that much to me but it's important we don't get carried away by the atmosphere,' he said.

Its becoming a cliche, but with six games to go, the league is still wide open, and no team can take a win for granted, no matter who he opposition, something Olofinjana acknowledges, as well as tipping a hat to some of Wolves unexpected smash and grabs this season.

'We have seen in this league everyone is capable of beating each other and we have already shown we can get results from difficult places.'

There are few places more difficult to go to than The Stadium Of Light, and walking away with any kind of result at all will be a massive shot in eth arm for Mick McCarthy and his band of overachieving youngsters.
