Ward Signs Up

Mick McCarthy further strengthened his defensive options this morning, signing former Eagles centre back Darren Ward.

The 28 year old put pen to paper on a 3 year deal, and talking to the club's official site, expressed his eagerness to join Micks golden revolution.

'I'm really hungry to move on this season and to do well.
'I think I was attracted by everything to do with Wolves. The set-up, the training ground, the ground itself where I've played a few times, the size of the club and Mick McCarthy, who's done very well wherever he's been.
'It's exciting to come to Wolves at the present time. '

One down, with more on the way promised in what could be an exciting week for Wolves fans!

I don't know much about this guy - other than he looks a PRAT with long hair =D and everyone on E&S hates him... =/

I can't see MM signing anyone that is likely to upset the teamspirit. I think we need to give the guy a break and see how he performs before slating him

If all he's in need of is a trip to the barber's I wont lose too much sleep lol. It could do with a serious chop couldn't it?
