Seyi Olofinjana has had a disapointing season. And any fans have questionned what has happened to the player who looked so impressive in the second half of last season.
His recent ommision from Nigeria's Freedom Cup squad was seen by some as a testament to his drop in form.
But as reported here last month. There is more to the situation than has previously been made public.
Since last Summer Seyi has suffered a niggling back problem that has so far not responded to treatment.
And it is has clearly taken its toll on the player, and his ability to justify Glenn Hoddles faith in him.
But that may all be about to change. Seyi is due to see a spesciallist in a bid to set the problem right, and will be given time to rest ina bid to rescue his Wolves career.
f Wolves can sort the problem out, and bring Seyi back into the squad it can only help in their bid for promotion.
There is still time to do it, and her at Vital Wolves we wish him a speedy recovery, and a fast return to first team action.
