'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Seeing Is Believing

It wasn't quite in a Wolves shirt, but a training top will do.

Freddy Eastwood finally appeared in Wolves colours today as he attended his first training session at Comption.

The man many feel could be the man to fire Wolves into the top flight posed for press photo's and talked to the clubs official site about his move from Southend United.

The move appeared to hang in the balance at one point, but Freddy knew where he wanted to go as soon as he made his first official contact with the club.

'I came up for talks with the gaffer and I just felt at home straight away. I think it's going to be a good challenge for me.' he told Wolves World. "I think I will settle in easily here and hopefully I'll soon start banging in the goals."

With the addition of Eastwood, Mick McCarthy now has a mouthwatering arsenal of attacking options to choose from.

The one thing he missed all last season was an out and out goalscorer, and in Eastwood, he has aquired one of the most sought after young prospects outside the top flight.

Welcome to the pack Freddy
