Defender Linked

Once again, reports are starting to emerge linking Wolves with a move for Aston Villa defender Liam Ridgewell.

With Martin O'Neill said to be keen on Norwegian centre back Brede Hangeland, and the arrival of new faces inclusing Nigel Reo Coker, opportunities may be limited for the 22 year old who made 19 starts last season.

Ridgewell has already expressed a preference to stay in The Premiership, and it is believed that at least three top flight club's are monitoring his situation, with Birmingham City leading the pack.

Although a move to Molineux may yet offer the youngster his best chance for first team football.

i dont see how the arrivak of NRC has anything to do with it as one is a defenderand one is a midfielder. As we have let 7 players go and only signed one I would rate your chances as slim to none on this one. Sign lee hendrie though - he could do you a job
bigdiondubs
Hendrie? I think not. Have you read our message board by the way?
Wolfie
I don't think we should bother based on that moustache alone.
Sergeant Buzz Fuzz
Hendrie? no thanks - the ego has landed.
The Petton Wolf
Thats a shocking mugshot eh?
Stuart Smith
hendrie would be your most creative player since Keane, ego yes but also talented and would rip up the championship.

Am I the only Wolves Supporter who thinks that with the right handling from MM - then Lee Hendrie could do a job for us ??
