New Frankowski Bid

You heard it here first.

It is being reported Wolves have made a fresh bid of 2 million for Polish hitman Tomasz Frankowski.

Sources within Elche are said to have confirmed that a bid is on the table matching President Ramon Sanchez valuation that is being seriously considered.

Have Wolves finally got their new striker?

Vital Wolves has monitored the ongoing transfer negotiations closely, and this is latest bid is sure to test the resolve of the Spanish club.

Its been a drawn out game of cat and mouse, with many doubting the deal would ever be realised. But now it could finally be about to happen.

If Wolves do sign Franek it will go someway to softening the blow of losing Kenny Miller to Celtic.

It may also kick start Wolves promotion challenge, and add desperately needed bite to the current forward line.
