Frankowski : Latest News

Spanish sources say Segunda Division side Eche CF are due to make an announcement today regarding the transfer of Polish star Tomasz Frankowski.

Elche are due to play Valladolid this afternoon and it is believed the deal will presented to the fans and Spanish media after the game.

Speculation was heightened by rumours that Frankowski, despite being fit, will not take part in the crunch match.

Details of the alleged deal emerged overnight. The fee is said to be up to 2.5 million depending on promotion, with a 15% sell on clause for Elche.

Elche's new President Jose Sepulchre will speak to the press after todays televised game, and barring any last minute hitches, the transfer is due to be completed on Monday.

This could be an exciting day for Wolves fans everywhere. Some have expressed grave concerns with the club's apparent lack of transfer activity.
