Sepulcre To Make Announcement

Sources in Spain say New Elche President Jose Sepulcre is set to announce Monday that the sale of Tomasz Frankowski to Wolves can go ahead.

It was hoped that the deal could be ratified earlier, but a delay has been caused by the resignation of former President Ramon Sanchez.

Sanchez decision to leave the club has left the way clear for Vice -President Sepulcre to take over the reigns.

Sepulcre's appointment will be officially announced after the weekend, and sources say that an announcement regarding the sale of Franek will follow shortly after.

The offer is said to be in the region of 2 million euro's, rising to 2.5 million dependent on appearances, goals, and Wolves gaining promotion. There is also a 15% sell on clause.

The deal satisfies Elche's previously stated conditions of sale and will give a much needed cash injection into the club who are currently 12 million euro's in debt.
