'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Hoddle 'I'm Delighted.'

Wolves fans finally have something to smile about. Tomasz Frankowski has signed a two and a half year contract, keeping him at the club until 2008.

And it's not just the fans that are smiling. Glenn Hoddle has spoken of his joy at finally getting his man.

Speaking to Wolves World Glenn said :

'I am delighted to have finally signed him. It has taken a long time. His scoring record is phenomenal. This is the last part of the jigsaw in the penalty box, he is a clinical finisher and we hope that will continue with us.'

here is even more good news. There is a chance Frankowski could make his debutfor Wolves this Sunday against Manchester United in their FA Cup 4th round tie.

ut it's going to be tight.

'He has got to go back to Spain now,' says Glenn. 'It is not great preparation for the weekend, as he is due back to train with us on Saturday.”

'But, he is fully match fit, having played as recently as last Sunday. We will have to wait and see if we get international clearance.'

t's just the lift the fans need after a disappointing campaign so far.

Frankowski's record is outstanding and he has scored goals at every level, and in every division that he has played in so far.

And he could well be the key to Wolves season going from what might have been to promotion.
