Wolves Boss Calls For Calm

Glenn Hoddle has added his voice to the many calling for calm, and a fully focussed approach from everyone going into the last 15 games of the season.

Talking to the club’s official site earlier today, he said

'We've got our frustrations too but we've got to be positive, move on and pick up wins quickly.

'Things can turn around very quickly in football so there is no negativity in the camp.

'A couple of wins under our belts and we can soon reverse things.'

The Championship has never been an easy division to get out of, and Wolves are doing all they can to make it more difficult.

An individual error from Stefan Postma on Saturday cost the team dear and simply can't be repeated.

But having dealt with Saturday’s mistakes Hoddle’s focus has now moved on to next Saturday’s meeting with Crewe.

'My concern now is dealing with the players and getting them ready for Saturday.

'We've all had a good meeting this morning and will spend the rest of the week bedding in the new lads and focussing on getting a win against Crewe.' He added.

Nothing less than a win will appease those who were audibly heard calling for Hoddle’s head at The Walkers Stadium

If any player has any issues dealing with pressure, now might be a good time to let it be known.

Every game is a cup final from now to the end of the season. And silverware is no longer just a priority, now it’s a necessity.
