The Good, The Bad And The Ugly

The Good, The Bad And The Ugly

OK, so I lied about the Ugly.

What a weekend?

A 4-1 demolition of second place Watford at the weekend in the FA Cup was more than even the most ardent fans could have hoped for .

And a brace for Andy Keogh? Few would have stacked their house on that one.

Goals for Jay Bothroyd and Stephen Elliott complete the picture that saw headlines of 'Wolves tear Watford apart.' and 'All too easy for Wolves.' in the broadsheets, the like of which have been missing for some time.

The celebrations were dampened somewhat by the news Michael Kightly's cameo at the end has caused an inflamation of his troubled ankle.

Very bad news indeed, although the full extent isn't known yet, and may only be a slight setback as opposed to an out and out disaster.

Tuesday night it's back to the business of promotion, and the visit of league strugglers Sheffield Wednesday.

Could Wolves be finding form at just the right time?

Could be a tough game for both sides. Hoping us (Wenesday) can come away with a 2-1 win, but if not i will settle for a point.
