Great result and fantastic Team effort. Everyone played but IMHO, Hunt was man of the match. That guy is like a Terrier buzzing around all over the park. The defence seems so much more confident with RJ in control. I ain't one to get too excited but if we can keep up the momentum then I forsee finishing mid-table. A couple of extra players IN would finish us off nicely. UTW.

Gotta disagree Rustmonkey, something I never though i'd say but you gotta give the plaudits to Mr S Ward for a tireless blood and guts performance that created as many chances as he managed to halt the other end. He has been nothing but a revelation in the last 5 or 6 games for us - crowned by his last ditch tackle in front of an open goal to preserve Waynes clean sheet. The usual suspects, Doyle, Jarvis and Hunt were incredible, and if Ohara could have kept some of those attempts in the stadium we may well have won by 4 or 5. Fly in the ointment however, Messrs Johnson, Stearman and Berra - absolutely useless. Johnson passing directly to the oppostion in our half on numerous occasion leads me to believe he is either careless or his ego needs addressing. Stearman and Berra flapped about at the back, winning nothing, and I felt far more confident when it Jarvis or Doyle had tracked back to cover the defence. Foley coming back was encouraging, and I'm pretty sure every WOlves fan watching the game felt a bit emotional as Kightly came on for Jarvis at the end. Great game against an average Fulham side, going forward we are every bit a premiership threat, yet sadly, McDefence is failing miserably.

Rustmonkey totally agree bril start to season thought Ohara was my man of the match dominated midfield 1-2 more signings just for injuries or suspensions and midtable no prob.

Admant....Its all about opinions so no worries. Yes RJ did throw a couple of dodgy balls the oppositions way but on the whole he commanded our area pretty well. Everyones entitled to a bad day but his bad day wasn't has bad as some we've seen in the past so I can live with it. I actually thought Berra did ok too to be honest. Would prefer to see Foley at RB though. That we do agree on. AS for Kights......if he can stay fit.....bonus. Harsh to say the defence is failing though 8 for and 2 against in 4 games if you include the 2 big friendlies. I'd still like to see Dann in or Chris Baird but I'd take a punt on Bullard too (fitness only concern). As for Emnes.....can't comment.....not seen him play.

I thought we were excellent. Ad I have to say that one goal against from two games is hardly a the defence failing miserably! Some of the distribution was poor but I do not think any of them really had a 'bad' game. How many times did Dean Richards used to lose the ball? 9 times out of 10 he would recover and this has been the case so far- despite the fact we gave a very shoddy goal to Blackburn- all in all I think we already look a lot better than last season; during neither game did we look like giving up our lead once we had scored that all important second. The goal at Blackburn, right after the break really knocked the stuffing out of them. The two within minutes did much the same against Fulham. Never thought I would say it but man of the match for me was Ward- he did not put a foot wrong, and if anything he made two outstanding saving tackles. O'Hara will be plundering goals sooner rather than later- there seems to be a shoot on site policy around the box and whilst some were poor and wasteful he has two better feet to finish with than his efforts over these first two games have shown. I have been a huge critic of Henry but I think he has looked a different player these first two games also.
