25 attempts on goal, it is rarely that high for most games.

I'm not knocking the figures,Akela. Far from it. For once I wasn't being sarcastic.Those stats belong to a winning team in 95% of games. Goes to show that it was the finishing on saturday (married with a masterclass in a goalie getting in the way!)that let us down. The stats confirm the impression of the match.

Fault? No,it's not his fault that goals weren't scored. He has responsibility for the team's results, though. The same old problems in defence after 3yrs mean we give goals up, with the opposition needing less chances than we do.It's his team, the responsibility has to be his.
